Start with the local tools, then activate only if you want cloud AI.

Install and use local tools

Download the ZIP and upload it from WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New.
Install WooCommerce, then open ConceptPlug.
Create or edit products, run local Product Health, and optimize images without activation or credits.
Review every product before publishing. Publishing never starts an AI request.

Use an AI feature

Choose an action explicitly labelled “Use AI”.
If this is your first AI action, verify your email from the one-time confirmation message.
Review the credit cost and your balance before confirming.
Keep the job screen open or return later; running jobs can resume after a page reload.

New accounts receive 36 promotional credits for 30 days. Purchased credits do not expire.

Credits and billing

Live operation prices are displayed in the plugin before credits are reserved.
Credit packs start at $9.00 in WordPress Admin → ConceptPlug → Credits & Billing.
Stripe processes payment details; ConceptPlug does not receive your full card number.
Never email or paste your activation credential into a support message.

Troubleshooting

Activation email did not arrive: Wait a few minutes, check Spam/Junk, confirm the address, then request a new link. Disposable addresses are blocked.
An AI job is still running: Reload the ConceptPlug screen and resume the job. Do not start the same action again. Keep the correlation ID shown with the job.
Payment or credit balance looks wrong: Refresh Credits & Billing and keep the payment/reference ID. Never include card details or an activation credential in diagnostics.
WooCommerce required: Product publishing currently supports simple products and requires WooCommerce 8.0 or later.

Before requesting support

Confirm the plugin is current, copy the redacted diagnostic and correlation ID, and remove customer content, payment data, activation credentials, and secrets. A tested support inbox must be published here before public sales are enabled.
