These Terms govern the ConceptPlug website, API, WordPress plugin, and tools (the “Service”). Final legal-entity, jurisdiction, tax, invoice, refund, and contact terms require professional review before public sales are enabled.
1. Local and hosted services
ConceptPlug provides local WordPress features that do not require activation or credits. Optional hosted AI, account, and billing features require a verified account and network access. An AI action is charged only after you intentionally select it and confirm the displayed credit cost.
2. Accounts and credentials
Each supported WordPress installation may be linked to a verified account. You are responsible for authorized use and for keeping activation credentials secure. ConceptPlug will not ask you to email an activation credential or card details.
3. Credits and pricing
- New accounts may receive 36 promotional credits that expire 30 days after grant.
- Purchased credits do not expire and are consumed after promotional credits.
- Credits are not money, do not earn interest, and are not transferable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
- The plugin retrieves a versioned catalog and displays the applicable price before reserving credits. If that price changed, you must confirm the new price before the action starts.
- Prices, currency, tax treatment, and pack availability are confirmed inside the plugin before payment.
4. Payments, refunds, and disputes
Stripe processes card payments. Successful payments add the stated purchased credits. Full or partial refunds reverse the corresponding credits, and payment disputes may suspend or reverse related credits while investigated. The final refund window, tax/invoice process, seller identity, and governing-law terms must be published and approved before live billing is enabled. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded.
5. Your content and AI output
You retain ownership of submitted product content. You grant us and the necessary providers a limited right to process it to perform the action you request. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, infringing, or unsuitable for regulated products. You must review claims, images, pricing, accessibility text, and legal compliance before publishing.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the hosted Service to break laws, harm others, infringe rights, create deceptive or prohibited content, bypass billing or rate limits, probe security, disrupt availability, or resell API access without written permission.
7. Third-party services
Hosted functions may depend on OpenRouter, Google Gemini, Stripe, and Resend. WordPress and WooCommerce are independent projects. Third-party availability and terms may affect a requested operation.
8. Plugin license
The downloadable WordPress plugin is licensed under GPLv2 or later. These Terms do not limit GPL rights. The hosted API, AI processing, email delivery, credits, storage, and billing remain separate services subject to these Terms.
9. Availability and cancellation
Queued AI work may be canceled before provider processing begins, releasing reserved credits. Cancellation after processing begins is best-effort and the operation may complete and be charged. We may suspend hosted access to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, or maintain the Service.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted AI-provider availability or that generated output is ready to publish without review. Any limitation of liability must be interpreted subject to non-waivable local law and finalized during legal review.
