These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ConceptPlug website, API, WordPress plugin, and its tools (collectively, the "Service") operated by ConceptPlug ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
ConceptPlug is a WordPress plugin that gives you access to optional tools. Tools such as ConWoo connect your WordPress site to our service, where processing and credit billing take place.
2. Accounts and license keys
You may verify an email address to activate each WordPress installation. After verification, that installation receives its own license key. Starter credits are provided once per verified account. You are responsible for keeping license keys secure and for activity under your account.
3. Credits and payments
Certain features require credits. Starter credits may be offered at signup. Additional credits may be purchased subject to minimum purchase amounts displayed on our pricing pages. Credits are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to bypass credit billing or security controls
- Probe, disrupt, or resell the hosted API service without permission
- Submit content that infringes third-party rights
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit (product briefs, images, brand settings). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your store data.
6. Third-party services
AI requests are processed through OpenRouter, and activation emails are delivered through Resend. Availability and quality may vary. WooCommerce and WordPress are separate products governed by their own terms.
7. WordPress plugin license
The downloadable ConceptPlug WordPress plugin is licensed under GPLv2 or later. These service terms do not limit the rights granted by that open-source license. Access to our hosted API, email delivery, AI providers, and credits remains subject to these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. AI-generated output may require human review before publishing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConceptPlug shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or abuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by deactivating plugins and ceasing API use.
